The best Hawaiian shirt ever?

As most of you know, I love a good Hawaiian shirt. I won't even go into the details of what makes a great shirt design, but let's just say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and leave it at that. That being said, I think this shirt that Dagwood is sporting is one of the coolest shirt designs EVER!

From BLONDIE #171, (August, 1967, King Comics):

And I really like the fact that Blondie has a matching dress! Tres cool...

When I was in high school (many years ago...) we called couples that dressed alike "Twinkies"...

"....mmmmm Twinkies!"

Just don't wear those to the firing range and you'll be fine.

Hah, I have an old Superman sheet that would make a pretty cool shirt. Maybe you should learn to sew!

steve, I think I have a Superman sheet, too! My Mom says it's easy to make shirts... (she's actually made me Hawaiian shirts, and ones for Max, too!)

They can't be too complicated, right?

I sure hope Mike Oeming, artist on Powers, who is coming to Comix Connection on Saturday, January 21 in York from 10 AM to 1 PM and Mechanicsburg from 3 PM to 6 PM, wears a shirt like this for his appearances!
