Harrisburg has ROLLER DERBY!

WOOOO-HOOOOOO! I love Roller Derby! I remember watching Roller Derby on TV on Saturdays back in the mid-'70s with my dad and sister! It's cool to see that there is a local Harrisburg-area team... thanks to the Twins for the heads-up. Maybe Comix Connection will sponsor the team. At least Roller Derby isn't fake like that crappy wrestling stuff... and check out the H.A.R.D. website HERE!
UPDATE:
OCTOBER 29th, Sunday, 8pm (doors open at 730)
H.A.R.D. 's first Friends & Family Bout - Be there or be ware!
2 - 20 minute periods of roller derby featuring the teams - Hill Billy H*llcats vs. 7 Deadly Sk8ters.
Tickets - 5 bux from a roller girl ahead of time or 7 dollars at the door!
@ OLYMPIC Skating Rink in Enola - right behind the Eat n Park

Uh, what's roller derby? Pardon me if I don't know anything, I wasn't born yesterday, just after 89'.
MY GOD! You just made ME feel old. I don't want to know how poor Bill feels.
Heh heh. Didn't want to make anyone feel old, but there's just the fact that when I was a toddler, the Gameboy boom was starting, so that wasn't that long ago. Seriously, though, what's roller derby??
Uh, g-evan, click the links. Roller Derby is the Sport of Kings, a true American Original!
