The Weekend Comics Chat Open Thread - The Daffy Girls On a Trolley Edition

So, what did you read this week? Did everyone get to read NEW AVENGERS #31? How 'bout THAT? Are you keeping up with WORLD WAR HULK? And did you get a chance to take a look at CAPTAIN AMERICA #27? Great stuff! I'm reading more Marvel superhero comics now that I ever have!

What's on your stack?

Annihilation Conquest was pretty darn good, Incredible Hulk was a nice add-on to WWH, and Captain America is turning into one of my favorite series to read.

One of these days I'll eventually pick up a few DC Comics, but right now I'm so into Marvel and it seems to be working for me. Plus, two continuities to remember? Dang.

Also X-Men: Endangered Species was definitely a good read, but I don't think I'm going to be getting all the books for the rest of the story, I'll just get the TPB when it's all over.

The best thing about comics? After a month, the wonderful cycle starts over again. I'm looking foward to some more Nova, Black Panther, Avengers, and New Warriors(just to name a few).

sam - Yeah, it sure is a great time to be reading comic books!

craig, Yeah I think he's Sammy Jenkins... wasn't that wild the way the entire movie was "backwards"?

I thought Black Bolt would have put up more of a fight... Hulk has taken out one of the good guys' "aces".

oh, when Hulk said, 'I didn't come here for a whisper, I came to make you scream' or whatever, I was like. Oh man. Awesome.
