From Mister Wahl

My dad (HI POP!) sent me these pictures a while ago... I'm not sure if it's a real piece of emerging technology or just some made-up thing. There was very little text accompanying the pictures and unfortunately no website. I wonder if it's for real? If anybody has any additional info, please let me know!
