OK, that's weird

So I was just poking around in SiteMeter, looking at some of the stats for this website and I was checking out the "referrals" section to see how web surfers find our site when I ran across this:

october 18 murder bill wahl

That's right, someone found the Comix Connection website by Googling that group of words. Intrigued, I poked around the Google search results page and found this news item:

Some guy in Springfield, Illinois named William Wahl was murdered!

At least this Bill Wahl made it past October 18th! So did my dad, William G. Wahl.

Like I said, weird.

I'm glad you are safe! If someone gave you a blow to the head, who would transport comics from York to Mechanicsburg week after week???

I was feeling bad for myself because of my car. Thanks for making me realize how lucky I am! I could be dead like you!!

HA! Linnen your new name is... THE DEERSLAYER!

You know, I was just thinking... what if they killed the wrong Bill Wahl?

Wait. Someone's at the door. Be right back...

The Bill Wahl that was murdered was a very close friend of mine. I'm sure you all wouldn't like having someone close to you die and then joked about. I was looking for an article he wrot and came across this. Please, have some respect!
