Overall, I was glad I stuck with Countdown, but I have to say I was a little disappointed in the Countdown 1 "loose ends" issue. Last week's #2, with the supposed "daeh" of Darkseid, was far more satisfying. I hope there's more of a payoff in the DCU zero issue next week....

Erg. That was supposed to be the "supposed 'DEATH' of Darkseid" -- sorry!

The current Superman Batman Kryptonite collection storyline is still very good. Mighty Avengers this week was awesome too! You have got to love a good Nick Fury story any day, I want to be Fury when I grow up.

Is Batman still Bruce Wayne? They haven't killed him and replaced him with Azrael yet?

You've been waiting for that all this time, haven't you?

"jimmy olsen is the batman" by chris claremont and howard chaykin.

is the real dc event coming up...final crisis was just a fake project to distract you from this gem coming out secretly!

That picture is amazing. It made me literally laugh out loud, and things very rarely do that for me on the internet.
