I second the motion! Go and read. Would have been my "pick of the week" if someone hadn't beaten me to it...curse you, Tony! ;)

I read it and it was awesome. This will probably be one of the best wolverine / xmen stories we have seen in years.

I haven't read Wolverine since maybe issue #153 or so of the last series, but this was worth checking out! Highly recommended!
And McNiven's art deserves a serious mentioning here... his work is aces as always in my opinion.

Can't wait to see the connections with this and Marvel 1985(which was intriguing), Fantastic Four, and even Kick A$$! Good stuff!

This is possibly the first time I'm genuinely interested in reading Wolverine, outside of X-Men. It's really night and day to see him as a pacifist instead of the berzerker we're so used to after all these years. I'm looking forward to seeing where this story goes... Wish the next issue was out already so I could keep reading!

Also, just a mention, but I did really enjoy the beginning of 1985's story, too. A defenseless world against Marvel's supervillains... seriously worth a look as well!
