What will you do with the extra time?

This year will be one second longer than most years.
That's right. What will we do to fill the time?

Then there's THIS:
The ephemeris second thus defined is the fraction 1/31,556,925.9747 of the tropical year for 1900 January 0 at12 hours ephemeris time.
A second of atomic time in the International System of Units (SI) as the duration of 9,192,631,770 periods of the radiation corresponding to the transition between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the cesium 133 atom.
which is why we have this problem... that info was taken from THIS SITE. Go read it if you dare. HERE's the obligatory Wikipedia Page on Leap Seconds.

I plan to burn up my additional Leap Second in the traditional New Year's Eve manner, which naturally involves Adult Beverages. Cheers!

I...
i typed the letter "i" with my extra second.
but what i would say given a little extra time is...i don't know, i'd have to think about it alittle more, sorry.
Now you're going to need more seconds to make up for that. With my second, I think I'll spend mine trying to think of what I could do with an extra second.
I just wasted precious seconds reading this, just like you are now.
