Usually Venom enhances Bane's strength, but in this case i think Venom has a chance of hindering it! Sorry, bad joke aside, we have an evil blow for blow battle with two near unstoppable forces. The Sentry ripped Carnage in half, can Bane do the same to Venom? Bane broke Batman's back but it seems unlikely that he'll be able to break the symbiote's back. Lets see what you think.

It can also turn its host invisible through camouflage.

i went Bane.
Venom FTW...I nomintate Venom (Brock, not Gargan mind you) to win all match-up polls, regardless of entrants.
It is indeed the classic "Brock Venom" that we are talking about! Sorry, I should have specified.
I went Bane for the simple fact that he was able to break Batman's back and was able to put a halt to Bruce Wayne as being the Batman.
I've seen Bane get it handed to him in some pretty wimpy ways, so Venom has my vote. Anyone know the formula for awesome? It's J to the 3rd power. Jared, Jim & Josh = Awesome. Now, bite me.
