Manager Jared's Weekly Matchup Poll #17
This week I'm doing it a little differently. I think that with a little odd variety it will make the match ups a little more thought provoking and add a little fun as far as debate. So this weeks poll is really weird as we have Metamorpho and the Green Goblin square off!
The Contender's Powers:
Green Goblin- Superhuman strength, intellect, stamina, durability, agility and reflexes due to ingesting the "Goblin Serum". Regenerative healing factor. Uses goblin-themed weapons and a "Goblin Glider" which has a variety of offensive weapons as paraphernalia.
Metamorpho- Transmutation into a wide variety of elemental compounds.

Based on the descriptions from WIKI it looks like green goblin is all that, but if you could, Bill, would you mind elaborating on what Metamorpho is capable of?
His element man abilities.
I just couldn't let Metamorpho be beaten by old Gobby, even if he sounds more impressive on paper... Hey Jared, how about a recap of losses and victories?
I'll post a recap before every 10th match up. The results were posted with poll #9 and will be again with #19, before a JUST FOR FUN MATCH UP.
Metamorpho would turn into cyanide gas and kill Goblin in about ten seconds.
Hmmm... I wonder if he can turn into nanites?
There is not a shred of doubt in my mind that Metamorpho would take care of Norman Osborn in a New York minute! Rex can turn into anything on the Periodic Table that is either in the human body or was in his clothing and pack when he was transformed by the Orb of Ra. Orb of Ra beats Razor Bats every time!

I went with Metamorpho because he can turn himself into elemental compound, and that to me seems enough to win almost any fight he encounters.
