Green Lantern ring trumps all other weapons. Unless Rocket Raccoon is driving a yellow moving van, there's no way he's taking Ch'p out. And even less of a chance if this is Black Lantern Ch'p we're talking about!

Power Ring wins!
Yeah, as much as I have a soft spot for that 80's Mike Mignola Rocket Racoon comic, there's no way he can stop a power ring. For some reason, this battle brings to mind that scene in The Great Outdoors with the raccoons and the trash cans. Anybody remember that movie?
Gotta love a raccoon with a gun. Better than a gorilla with a gun!
Once I came out on our carport and there were greasy little raccoon footprints and small chicken bones all over my '61 Corvair... a raccoon had gotten into our trash and found all of our chicken wing bones and had himself a partay.
