This was actually kind of a rough choice after I gave it a thought. I thought Batman's martial arts mastery might be the winning blow but Cap has had planty of training plus has an added bonus of super soldier serum. So, it came down to weapons and Batman's utility belt trumps Cap's shield. Anti-shield bat repellant anyone? I could make stupid jokes like that all day but you know Bruce has got that.
