Manager Jared's Weekly Matchup Poll #25

Only 11 more battles left before we start eliminations, which will have the best of the best facing one another! I already have those battles planned and it promises to be exciting for everyone who has been voting so far.

Till then there are some really big characters coming up in the next couple battles that I haven't used yet. We'll have battles featuring The Flash, Iron Man, Hulk, Spider-Man, Thor, Robin, The Atom and many more!

AND 2 more special "Just for Fun" battles! So stay tuned!

The Contender's Abilities:

Hawkman's Abilities: Nth metal allows for flight, enhanced eyesight, temperature regulation, limited physical regeneration, reincarnation enhanced strength and is a component of Hawkman's artificial feather wings and archaic weaponry.

Iron Man's Abilities: Genius-level intellect, a Cyberpathic link with powerful armored suit, Superhuman strength, Supersonic flight at Mach 3, Energy repulsors, Missiles, Durability and regenerative life support but sometimes powered by solar power.

Don't forget to tell us why you voted the way you did in the comments section! Its easy, free, and commitment free!

i think the fight would be great to see, but I do think that Tony Stark being the 3rd or so smartest person alive will give him the win.

I voted Iron Man. This would be like a seagull getting sucked into a jet turbine... a horrible screech and then just a puff of feathers floating in the breeze.

Gotta go with tech over nature on this one. IRON MAN WINS.

The gist of this battle is "Do I smell burnt feathers? Yes, yes I do."

Aw, man!

Jared, I'm gonna get you for this...

You know I had to go with Hawkman on this one, otherwise, what kind of fan would I be? This battle comes down to basically who has the better weapons. Iron Man certainly has the advantage here, but I'm going with Hawkman since he has the Claw of Horus in his possession. What is the Claw of Horus? A gauntlet that draws its power from the magnetic core of the Earth, enabling Hawkman to punch Superman back to Earth from space. While Tony is the smarter of the two, Carter has thousands of years of battle experience and a true warrior's soul. I'm giving him the edge in this battle.

Finger's crossed?

Is the claw of Horus from the silver age? Just curious.

Claw of Horus was used In Geoff Johns' run on JSA and in Superman Batman. Hawkman basically beat up Superman with it as well as tumbling a guy who basically used the entire planet of Thanagar as his body. If he had that on him then I agree that he would beat Iron man. Otherwise, probably not so much.

Dude, Hawkman is gettin' flocked!
