A Cody-Kenobi Review: You're Half the Threat you Used to be
Darth Maul: Death Sentence #4
Warning: Spoilers May Ensue
Bland-Broad Overview:
Darth Maul runs down a hallway, and argues with a Jedi. Dray hands are not healed. Jedi hold doors as they are guests. Darth Maul argues some more. Stabby, kicky. Dray 'burns' Darth Maul with the threat of Obi-Wan. Friends are lost. Fly away birdy. MORE, DARK HORSE!
My Comments:
Sometimes I find myself not looking forward to certain comic issues, but whether I like em or not, I always finish them. Darth Maul: Death Sentence #4 on the other hand does NOT fall into that category. I can only beg Dark Horse to continue a spin off on this series, because I loved every minute of it. This comic series captures the essence that is Darth Maul. The artwork is clean and crisp, the action is bright and brilliant, the story is just as great! This was one that I truly looked forward too and I'm sad to see it end; almost as sad as I was to see Ghost Prison end. This is one series that I will 100% recommend to any Star Wars fan. It was sad though they had to kill off one of the Jedi though, I liked em. Dark Horse keep it up! But please for the love of all things Star Wars, do not make another Knight Errant series.
My Rating: 5 outa' 5
Series Rating: 9.6 outa' 10
Till Next Time, This is Cody-Kenobi, Flying the Kessel Run in Less Than 12 Parsecs.
