Fresh from their visit to Comix Connection - York during our 24th Anniversary celebration, the troops of GARRISON CARIDA (Vader's Fist) of the 501st Legion will be making a return visit to Comix Connection - Mechanicsburg from 11AM until 2PM! Come meet various professional-grade costume characters from the Star Wars movies... get your pictures taken with some of the Galaxy's finest! And don't forget to bring unopened toy donations (Star Wars preferred, but any will do) to help the Garrison with their children's charity work! Let's fill that barrel again!

In an amazing and fortuitous marketing coup, Comix Connection has secured an appearance of the one, the only: DIRK SHEARER on Free Comic Book Day 2012, Saturday, May 5th at Comix Connection - York in the West Manchester Mall!


Dirk, a fantastically-talented artist with a well-known gift of gab will be mixing it up with the other guest artists and fans right in front of Comix Connection from 11AM until 2Pm on the Big Day! Stop by and say HI!

Another big part of Free Comic Book Day 2012 at Comix Connection is the Toy Drive by costume characters from the Star Wars movies from the friendly folks at Garrison Carida of the 501st Legion:


They will be appearing only at Comix Connection - Mechanicsburg (as they were at Comix Connection - York on our anniversary in February) from 11AM until 2PM or so... bring your camera and come on out to meet these awesome costumed characters:
